I want to close my account, the resolution center is locked i can't post anything on there and i want to get paypal to delete my details yet they refuse to how do i do this?
Does your account have any limitations on it? If so then you would need to resolve them first.
If its a permanent limitation then sadly you can't close it. Paypal limits it to stop you removing anything from it. They don't want you to be able to use anything linked to it to try and open another Paypal account.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
