My account has been opened by my husband, who has used all my informations (email, telephone number, cards.... etc), but he used his name. How do i change the name of the account from George (M) to Vasiliki (F) since there has been no change in our papers and i cannot prove this change with a certificate or anything else. I submitted all my papers to the customer Service of Paypall and they rejected my request.
Unfortunately it is not possible to remove all the linked information and close that account. We cannot just remove, we need to replace. And when i tried to close the account there was a message <<There's something that needs to be resolved. Please contact customer service, and we'll help you with it.>>
