Change email problem

I was changing my email than this was appears "your account is temporary blocked before you update your email address we need some additional information" than I click add info It is saying "this page is not available go to account overview" how to fix this

Go to account overview as advised OR the resolution centre?

If you can't find anything check with customer services?
