Cant log in into my account

Every time i try to log in into my paypal i get the same message "Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you" even tho when i loged in here so i can post this question i had no problems with loging in. I just dont understand whats the problem and why cant i log in when i want to see or send money.

Welcome! Thanks for visiting the PayPal Community Forum!. I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues logging into your PayPal account. I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page for assistance.
