Cannot use on Android the app after enabling 2FA. Is there a solution?

I've enabled 2FA for my account and since then I cannot login from the app on my Android device. I get an error message that I'm not connected on the Internet.

 

But I am, as I can login to my account from the device's web browser.

 

Any idea how to solve it without disabling the 2FA?

I'm sorry you've had such a frustrating experience using the PayPal app. If this issue started to occur after you've activated 2-Step Verification, it sounds like the app may need to be updated. I'd recommend deleting the app and reinstalling it if the issue persists.

had the latest version, but just did as you suggested and great now it works
