Cannot update security questions

Under Account settings > Security > Security Questions. Could not update. The system response was "Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you." Calling customer service was useless. What to do?

I'm sorry to know that you are having trouble updating security questions on your PayPal account. You may receive this error message if you are accessing the account from a different location or using a VPN. Please try clearing the cache from your browser and try again. If you still face issues, you will have to contact our support.
