Cannot login to PayPal due to confirmation SMS not received.

Hello, community!

Cannot login to PayPal due to confirmation SMS not received.

Called mobile provider (Telia/ Lithuania), they said: known issue - PayPal should change Message Center number.

Called to PayPal Help Center twice: pleasant conversations - but nothing happened. They won't change anything.

Cannot chat with Help Center without login. Some advice, how to leave message to PayPal, pleace.
