Cannot change mail address. Is it just me?

I have been trying to change my email address since weeks, but I always get an error message...

Is it just me?? 
It doesn't matter it I try to "change" or to "add" a mail address, it always crashes...

I understand that you are unable to change your email address. I suggest you to clear your browser cache, cookies and then try to make the changes.

Here is how to add, edit or remove an email address on your PayPal account.
