Cannot access my account

I have another PayPal account which I know the password for but when I try to login it is saying authentication required by them calling me, the problem is the number is no longer in service and there isn’t another option to choose anything else. I have money in the account which I cannot get out. Any help appreciated

IF you have enable 2sv... and nothing about what to do if you didnt had it ?? Paypal is complete sh..show..

If you go to the 'Help & Contact' icon on the PayPal website. Then if you click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page. From here, if you click the 'Password and Account Access' option, then 'Login Problems'. On the next page, you will see a 'Call Us' option. You do not need to be logged in to use this feature.
