i previously had problems with my old paypal account where i could not do any transactions . so i closed the account and then created a new one now im not able to link the cards that i previously link to that account nor can i do any transactions even if i link a new card oh and i got a lot of message of security of my previous account if this helps in any way and there is no option displayed in the contact us page of your website where i can raise an issue the email us option does not appear for me.
