Can't submit additional info for new business account

I received an email after creating my business account that asked me to submit additional info before the end of this month, but when I click on the provided link I just get a page that says "This page is no longer applicable to you" and I have no way to submit anything.

 

My account won't be locked because of this will it? Is there a way to request a new link or is there another way I can submit whatever info they need?
