Can't reset my password

I had main account and forget the password. But when I try to reset it, "Sorry, something went wrong on our end. Please try again." this message shows up after I enter the address. I created this account from Turkey many years ago. I think it may deleted but I can't create a new account with that email because says that there is already one.

 

I can't send message and ask for a help without login, so I had to create new account. But this e-mail is not my primary one, so I want to change back to my first account.
