Yesterday I was locked out of my account because I was asked to verify via old dead phone number. They have my current number but for some reason it wasn't offered to select. Today that seemed fixed and I was finally able to log in. I wanted to remove the old number so it doesn't happen again but realised that I can't. There's the option to add new numbers but not to remove or edit old ones. When I click "change" there's nothing to do. I can't remove the "primary" status of the defunct number. Both numbers are set as primary w/o option to change, which smells like a database error of some kind. Just now I was asked to relogin after a period of inactivity and again they asked for old phone number w/o option to select other one. I hit Back in browser and managed to evade it and be logged in again. Obviously this nonsense will keep happening. Any thoughts?
