Can't log in, Old number + Expired card

Hello,

I'm trying to get back into my old account, to delete it, but can't due to me not having access to the old number.
There was an option where I could confirm the card number, I did that but said it didn't work, the card is expired so is that why?
I double-checked i put it in right and there is no other card connected to that account.

I want to delete the account because I was under 18 when I created it and I'd like to have the email onto my current account.

I got to reset the password, but unfortunately, the options after trying to log in are only phone number-based.
