After several efforts, I finally got one bank account linked to my PayPal account. I need to add another one, but my bank name doesn't pull up and I can no longer find the option to use a routing and account number. Is this a quirk or am I just not finding it??? I've gone through Pay & Get Paid, Banks & Cards, Link a New Bank, but the routing option is not showing up! Help!
Welcome to the PayPal Community! I can understand how not being able to add a bank can be a bit frustrating. Have you tried clearing your browser's cache, cookies and history yet? If not, I'd start there. Then try the following link to Manually add a bank.
