Can't change my home and business address even after I added another one.

I moved and I have added my new address, but it won't let me delete the old one or change it to home and business. It keeps saying I can't change or delete the old one.

I'd first recommend reviewing the troubleshooting steps on your end by changing your browser or clearing your cache and cookies. It would be great if you used a laptop or a desktop to perform this action after 24-48 hours. 

 

Here's how you update your address. If you're still running into issues after that, please reach out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page.
