So I wasn’t really aware of the problems that psd2 will bring and I kinda let that pass because I thought it was like to access your account you have to enter a code sent your email but it was something to do with your phone number. My main PayPal account had my old phone number and I had changed it as well as bought a new phone and when I tried to set up my PayPal, I realised I needed the old phone number now I’m locked out of my main account anyone have an resolution for this?
