Stay away from Paypal you can't do anything when your account is limited can't even close your account from your end but legally in my country you can force them to close your account and delete your data ring your bank and them they will force them to delete your data and details why? Because that data and that information actually is propitiation of the bank your the bank customer if anything goes wrong the your account the bank steps protects you not PayPal and legitimately under the bank protection and governing laws of that country not PayPal. I rung my bank and local intern office and forced them to close my close showed them the law and disputed against this is not legal keeping personal records and details while denying access and services or goods. It's actually in our government laws and it's apart of our rights.

The government steps in and tell PayPal where they can shove it and trust me PayPal will lose to the government in lawsuit battle If it pursed can't see it happening where PayPal takes on any government and win they just a business and government set the laws.
