I am trying to set my taxpayer status to Non US citizen, but my payments are on hold, I am not US citizen, the thing is website is broken, when I choose yes/no it says I need to choose option but it's already chosen and it does not work. What can I do? Thanks!

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
