Can I update country and business address if I register my business in a different country later on?

Hi Everyone! I'm just getting started and I have a few questions... My business is not registered as I would like to make a few sales before doing so. i

f I start a business account with Paypal and I choose Singapore as a country for example, and then add a Singaporean address, will I be able to change/update Country and Address details later on if I choose to register my business in a different country?

What would happen to my Paypal account?

If my business account is in Singapore, do I have to pay taxes in Singapore instead of the country where it is registered?

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
