Can I open a Paypal Business account as a non resident LLC holder

I have an LLC as a nonresident, I'm not a USA citizen but when I'm trying to create a Paypal Business account they ask for a USA address I don't have.

my question is Paypal Business account can be created for non recident or not ?

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

Sorry for asking again. I have the same problem. US LLC and non resident (resident in UAE). I cannot open a us LLC because of my residence and I also cannot open a UAE business account because the company is a US LLC (just address in US). Procedural situation…. Any solution for that?
