Can I change notification email address?

Hi

I just changed my login email, but I also want my notification to be sent to the new one. Can't find where, or is it automatically?

Go to Account Settings > Notifications > Update

I have seen it before, it does not let me choose where notifications are sent to, so what does update mean?
