I created a business account instead of a personal one by mistake, and I am required to verify my identity, but when I did this, they sent me this mail
For the security of the PayPal network, we often review accounts for potential risks. After reviewing your account, our records indicate you may reside in a country different from the one where your PayPal account is registered. In this case, you should sign up for a new PayPal account in the country where you live
Now I don't know what to do, I can't edit my account, delete it, or change my email address to create a new one
Please tell me what to do
Go to Account Settings. Click Close Account across from Account Type section.
Go to PayPal homepage.
Scroll to the bottom and click the Flag icon on the right to find your country.
Click sign up at top right corner.
Or contact customer services for help:
https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/contact-us
Scroll down to click “Message Us” or “Call Us” option on the bottom.
Or reach out to PayPal at Facebook or Twitter:
You might very much have to use a different email address.
I CAN'T CHANGE IT UNTIL I PROVE MY IDENTITY, I DID PROVE MY IDENTITY BUT PAYPAL REFUSED IT
IS THERE an email I can send a request to delete my account to? I really tried everything on this website
