I have a couple of questions regarding PayPal account usage in a restricted country:
Creating a New Account: I am currently in Somalia, where PayPal services are restricted. I am using a VPN to access PayPal. Is it possible to create a new PayPal account using a VPN? Are there any special considerations or guidelines I should be aware of?
Using an Existing Account: I also have an existing PayPal account that was created before the restriction was imposed. Can I continue using this account from Somalia with a VPN? Are there any potential issues or guidelines for accessing and using my account under these circumstances?
I would appreciate any insights or experiences you can share about using PayPal in restricted countries and managing accounts through a VPN.
You are risking being permanently banned from using Paypal.
The option to receive paypal payments is not supported in your country and its against paypal rules to try and use another countries paypal account which would not work for you.
Its also against paypals user agreement to try and bypass that ban but using a VPN.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
