CAN’T CONFIRM IDENTITY

Hey guys. I’m having a problem. I can’t send money in paypal. It says can’t confirm identity. I changed my mobile # after that this happened

I am sorry to know that you are facing issues to access your account and send the money. It's best to contact us through PayPal website as we need to verify your account ownership. You can locate the phone number by clicking on the Help & Contact link at the bottom of the website www.paypal.com and then choose password and account access issue. I hope this helps.
