We tried three times to update/change name on our business account and have uploaded all requested documents. Still name has not changed. Trying to contact PayPal via phone is not working. Does anyone have a fix for this other than what PayPal states to do (from this link: https://www.paypal.com/businessprofile/settings/name/edit#)?
