I was wondering if anyone else is having the same issue as me when logging into the App...
I can access my account without restriction via the app and also via desktop so I have no password related problems, however my issue is specifically related to biometric login via the app.
Every time I try to login, I am initially asked for my fingerprint (expected) and then as soon as that is verified, the app then also wants my password. Once I provide that, then it will let me in to my account.
I have used biometric login for a long time now and never had this problem before. I've uninstalled/reinstalled the app and still the same result.
For reference, the phone is a Galaxy S21+
Any ideas gratefully considered 🙂

For login issue, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page for further assistance.
