I'm Bela [removed]. I can't take action on my palpal account because paypal removed access years ago. That's why I don't use it. Please give me extraordinary access to my paypal account so that I can return the amount sent by mistake and cancel this account. Even though I changed my password, the paypal system does not allow me to access my account!
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
