Why Am I Able To Access My Automatic Top Off Settings??? Can't Turn It On Or Anything.

Hello @MrsNae296,

Thanks for reaching out! I was able to find the Automatic Top Up setting in the PayPal mobile app. Here's where you should be able to see that option:

1. Log into the PayPal Mobile app.
2. Select Settings
3. Select the payment row, (example Google Pay or PayPal Cash Mastercard®.)
4. Select the option for ‘Top-up’.
5. Follow the instructions on the subsequent screens to enable top up.

Here's how to Top up on the PayPal website:

1. Click Automatic Top-Up, below your PayPal balance.
2. Click Turn Automatic Top-Up on.
3. Follow the instructions on the subsequent screens to enable top up.

In order to disable Top-Up, follow these same instructions.

Same problem, it's not there on the Summary page.
