After asking the password, can not be logged in

I had created a PayPal account in an other device sime time ago. I couldnt update it for a time. Just before few days I triyed to log in ti my account from this different device through the old account's mail and installed the app.When I try to log in after asking for.my password and accepting it ,app says that they are having a trouble making sure that this is actually me. What should I do?
