Hi I have a pay pal account in my name which my husband uses . He has tried to set up his own PayPal account and it won't let him ? His joint account bank card is linked to my account ... could this be the issue dose he need to take his card details of my account ? TIA <removed> .
As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise. Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
