I am not a business owner by any means, this is just a personal account. Can I fill the "Submit your business information" with just nonprofit and other with my own name since I don't own a business and PayPal support isn't answering or is this misleading? It is impossible to reach PayPal support. I tried everything, from Facebook, Twitter, Phone Calls, Trying to get a hold of an agent, but there is nobody. Feels like its a ghost company.
