Hello good day from here please how do I create a PayPal account from Nigeria and verify it cause am having issues creating one, am a freelancer as a result of the PayPal account issue my payments are been with held this has cause me a lot I gave a friend money to create one for me after me paying him he disappointed me please I need help so as to receive my payments as a freelancer I will be appreciative if my question is considered thanks.
The option to receive paypal payments is sadly not available in Nigeria. You can only send payments for purchases funded by your (confirmed) credit card.
Paypal varies a lot country to country and can only offer the services that the banks / governments of that country allow it to offer. There are quite a few countries unable to receive paypal payments.
