Hi , I want to close my account but it keeps saying "Sorry, there's a problem. If you keep seeing this, please contact customer service." Indeed that I removed my credit card , bank account and my balance is 0.00$ , but I had a refund problem a few days ago but the problem was fixed , is there's any way to close my account ?
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
