Hello,today,i try to login on my 2nd paypal account but....i dont remember the password, so I tried to reset it, I put the code received on my phone number, and after, security questions, except that, problem, I don't remember any of my questions 😪...i try to remember what password i use...but while trying, my account was blocked.Please,Help me

You are only allowed x2 paypal accounts if x1 is personal and the other x1 is business, if you have 2 of the same type you risk them both being limited. ...which is what may have happened?
If however it is a business account then try this.......
If you go to the 'Help & Contact' icon on the PayPal website. Then if you click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page. From here, if you click the 'Password and Account Access' option, then 'Login Problems'. On the next page, you will see a 'Call Us' option. You do not need to be logged in to use this feature.
