Accidently chose a business account now I can't close my business account!

I cannot close my business account because I can't even activate it!!! I really NEED to shut it down because its using the address I am at and therefore I can't start a new account! man this is really annoying, can I get some advice or help? customer support is.. well you know how they are they take 50 hours to respond and before that there's the ridiculous AI " please state your issue and I will give you random articles blah blah blah!" 

hope you guys got something for me lol 😂😂😂 I REALLY need it!
