If your paypal account has any limitations then it can't be closed until you resolve those limitations first.

Is it possible to remove my number? I really want it to get removed. I don't want my main number on PayPal. I can use my other number but it is not possible to change location. Man I really want it removed. Anyway, Thanks for your kindness.
