I have bought something using a PayPal account linked to a now defunct email address password doesn't even work. I need to get into account to download tickets. How can I do that? Any advice gratefully received

In this case, you can contact us over the phone by visiting our Website and click on the Contact us option at the bottom of the page. Then select Password and account access< Login problems< Call Us Icon. You will be able to find the contact details for your region there.
