2FA lost/Delete account

I have an account and I lost my 2FA. I tried login in but couldn't no matter what and after multiple attempts with the customer service. I even tried sending my national ID and passport, but nothing. I just want my account to be deleted but there seems to be no way to do so. I just want my email back.

Thank you for the reply. But the message option requires me to login with that account and without the 2fa I cannot login.

Welcome to the PayPal Help Community and thanks for posting here! I know how important to get back to your account. For help with accessing your PayPal account, your best option would be to reaching the support team over phone. You can find the number by clicking the 'Contact Us' option at the bottom of the page. From here, if you click the 'Password and Account Access' option, then 'Login Problems'. you will see "Call Us" option at the bottom of the page during working hours. Please give us a call so that our team will help you to access your account.
