Why Always when i open the app they ask me to enter the 2 step verification code it's kinda monotonous

My comment is similar.
When I check my account set-up under "SECURITY" , it says that I have "white listed" 11 devices and browsers ... for being "trusted" (and hence, I guess, being able to "bypass" the "monotonous" text-message rigmarole for two-step verification).
But I recently started using a new laptop PC (I also still have my old one...) and ... I cannot figure out HOW to ADD that new laptop PC -- (as a trusted "device") -- for purposes of two-step verification. It has asked me for a code (from a text message) TWICE today ... less than an hour apart! ... and neither time, did I see any "option" (opportunity) to "remember this browser" or something like that.
ANY ADVICE? or other comments?
