I have two Paypal accounts and each time I log on to the 'other' one I get the 2-factor challenge, but logging on repeatedly to the same account I don't, using the same computer all the time. Why is that?

Hi @PaulH73
If you have 2-step verification in your PayPal account, it is an extra layer of security to your PayPal account by enabling 2-step verification for login.
If you want to deactivate 2-step verification. Here is how to deactivate.
Thanks

That's not what I'm asking.
I'm asking why it does it each time I log on to a different account, but not when logging on to the same one repeatedly, using the same device each time, when it tells me it has accepted the device I'm using.
