Everytime i login i only see is this "sorry we couldn't confirm its you" Priyanka told me you can help me. Thank you so much guys

Do you have a mobile (not landline) phone issued in your country and registered in just your name verified on your Paypal account?
Paypal are using mobile phones for i.d requirements for logging in and withdrawal funds for extra security measures.
Also have you completed all the i.d requirements in your paypal profile?

I am getting a similar error.

 

I have a mobile that I think I had just verified, before I was locked out. I had also added an alternate email address. 

I tried calling but the bot on the other end does not allow for the selection of my error (We cannot confirm its you.)
