problems setting up a busness account in the UK

Im REALLY sorry if this is the wrong place or it this question has been asked before ( ive tried to check but im going in circles ) 

I am trying to set up a business account in the UK but when i start the verification and it asks for an adress it only seems to accept adresses in an american format ( state , zip code ) , im obviously doing something wrong but i really cant see what it is .

Check you haven't set up a U.S paypal account instead of a UK one.

Go and click on the cog icon next to log out ie settings and see what it says next to nationality on the left/middle of that page.
