Paypal force me to change my password for "the safety" but i forgot my email password and my phone number is gone, what should i do ?

I understand your concern to login and forgot the password for your email address and also the phone number is also not updated.
I'd request you to reset the password for your email address with the email support. However to help you with updating the phone number you may have to contact our phone support who has the option to help you.
