my account has my email address as my last name, paypal unable to help.

back when i first created my account i must have rushed or some auto-fill messed something up.
the issue is that my account has my email as my last name. i created this account back in 2015 and in 2019 i noticed the issue so i sent paypal all the needed documentation to change the name, what they decided to do was to limit my account and blacklist me. whenever i try to call and they ask for my account info a bot comes and pretty much says sorry cant help you and hangs up.
I'm thinking that they honestly believe that someone's last or my last name is an email address.
any suggestions?
