Whwn I try to login it asks for my mobile number, When I enter my number it says invalid

Do you have a mobile (not landline) phone issued in your country and registered in just your name verified on your Paypal account?
Paypal are using mobile phones for i.d requirements for logging in and withdrawal funds for extra security measures.

Same, happens whenever I try to update any information. Like adding phone numbers accounts etc. I called but all they didnwas remove my number and re add it. Didnt help. Customer service rep sounded like he gave up and saidnit could take 24 hours... ive already donenthat step though...
