Hi why my other account cant received two step code from my cellphone number.  i reset the password many times and change it but still i cant fully login because of the code sent to my cellphone number i have a access to my cellphone number nothing received

I tried, had replies but basically the only solution is to call their US number. But my call couldn't go through as well because I always get the same message: Sorry we cannot support your inquiry at the moment
