hello sir I need some help I just want to change my account from business to personal account because I am unable to transection my fund from paypal to my wallet can you please help me from this problem.

You have a Cyprus paypal account, do you live in Cyprus?

Only a lot of folks in countries that paypal does not support use that countries paypal account to bypass the rules.

If so then it would never work properly.
