dakunin primary email and written comunication

Hello!

Could I ask about a possibility of changing primary email (as I and probably all could see in profile setting - there is info, that primary email can't change)?

I have very important case, because I probably will not have access to that email account soon and that email domain will expire.

DO You know if special ask to administration could help?

Anyone knows a way to submit such ask/request by email? I have problems with voice (telephone) communication,

and telephone call (call us) shows me as an only option to contact PayPal..

Go and click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > click on the + and add another/new email address first > verify it > go back and click on update and tick the box underneath that says make primary > then you should get the remove option by the old now no longer primary email. You can remove that one or leave it on as you can have up to 8 email addresses on the one paypal account.
