create an Italian business acct in English not Italian

I need to create a business acct, I just moved to Italy but I don't speak Italian yet, I will register my business with Italian address & phone, I only get the page in Italian ... is there anyway I can change the language settings? if so, could you send me a link,....I tried to use paypal.com but it does not take my Italian address.... please help : )

Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum. 

Here’s how to change the language on your account:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the Settings icon next to "Log out".
3. In the "Account options" section click Edit beside "Language."
4. Select your preferred language.

Note: It may take a few moments to minutes for the account language to update.

The PayPal website and the emails you receive from us will be in your selected language. Changing the language does not change how your account works.
